Although, days on market time are rising and some homes listed for sale are dropping their asking price, it is still common to see a home get a lot of interest especially if it’s totally dialed in with upgrades and priced to capture attention. ✔️ This cute condo South of the 78 in Vista was just that, super cute and dialed in. As you can imagine it had lots of interest. ✔️ Our clients knew this was a great opportunity and jumped on it which helped because there were multiple offers. Strategy initiated ✔️ Our plan worked!
