Just Sold 🥳 We are proud to share our latest “just sold” property. This client came to us at the beginning of summer and needed to prepare their Mom’s house for sale later in the year. Carol had helped the eldest brother buy a house back in 2009 and had kept in touch after all these years. 🏡 The plan was laid out with all the options, as always. Their ideal was to wait until the end of Summer when the family would relocate out of state. Once that happened, we came into the vacant house, cleaned and staged before hitting the market. ✅ The twists and turns of the election had affected the demand of the market so we pivoted because we aim to keep the lines of communication open with our clients throughout the process of selling. We finally after five weeks on the market, we secured an offer. This is when the real work begins! 💪 You’ve probably heard us say, the contract is your best friend or worst enemy. Folks! You must believe we make it our bestie, always! The contract is there to protect both a buyer and a seller. However, in our experience, we’ve found most agents just don’t get it.🙈 Thankfully, we knew what to do when actions were delayed on the buy side and prevented our clients from the stress that could have led to heartbreak. ❤️‍🩹 Instead, we flexed our professional muscle and provided a clear strategy that kept a willing buyer on their toes due to their representatives and ultimately we closed on time. ⏰ We know things come up because they always do but the fact of the matter is, who you hire matters! So make sure it’s a good one. 💯 If you’re thinking about making a move, reach out! We are happy to have a conversation without any expectation.
