We had the pleasure of representing the sellers on 602 Judson St in Escondido. This family was looking to make a transition in their lives since they were expecting their first baby. Not a common request but we are here to serve our clients. With the baby due in only a few short months from when we got the call to list the house, we knew the timelines would be tight but we love a challenge. All hands were on deck! Our stager, Gina the design diva was brought into the house to help make it shine. Our clients were very organized people but we brought in the design diva to help put everything in it’s place. Needless to say the house showed great!
The market began to shift in June so with a slight pricing adjustment we were able to procure a strong offer that would close within days of the baby’s due date. Escrow was officially opened & we began the process of inspections. Thankfully we prepared our clients by having the termite inspection done before we put the house on the market. This helped them know exactly what to expect when inspections began. The house didn’t need much & we were able to successfully negotiate a short list of repair items that didn’t set the sellers back & kept the buyers happy throughout their due diligence process.
