Service First.
Service with a smile.
That should be the motto of anyone in business. I know my business depends on it. Whether it’s my clients or my community.
People love to do business with who the like & trust.
Over the last year, I’ve been digging deeper & wanting to get more involved with my industry. Taking the service first motto to another level. The business to business level.
Turns out I was offered an interim seat as a Director At Large on the Board of Directors for my local Realtor Association. Click here for the official press release.
I appreciate seeing my peers in the industry, especially the younger generation dedicating themselves & having a say in what goes on at a Local, State & National level.
Is it time consuming? Yes.
Is it important? Um, Yes.
Is it relevant? Absolutely Yes.
In this ever evolving market & economy, it’s vital to be informed with new & changing policies that affect the Real Estate Business. A platform to voice that opinion is essential to helping its cause. As a young professional, the more experience I gain & the more focus I put into my business, the more I want to be involved in the real estate industry.
I found myself asking:
How are decisions made at my association?
What is the process for new ideas to be brought to fruition?
Where exactly do my dues go?
These answers lie within it’s members & the directors who are appointed by their peers to represent their best interests as a whole.
I’m excited at the opportunity to be the Director At Large for the North San Diego Association of Realtors.
I’m eager to learn, to grow & to serve with a smile.
