Let me guess….not well & if you don’t have an agent, you’re probably ready to throw in the towel. This is why you need an agent! There are many reasons why its important to hire an agent exclusively & all of them benefit you, the buyer.

WHY? You have an agent on your side…looking out for you. When you hire an agent exclusively, they have a fiduciary duty to you & only you. So, when it’s time to get all the facts about the property, negotiate a price, survey the condition & research the history…your real estate agent is there to guide you through the process & to have your best interest in mind at all times. A code of ethics, if you will.

WHY? You have an agent working with you. Do you have the time to research all the facts, make all the calls & emails on every property you like? How about before work, during work, after work? Not to mention, if you do invest the time, most of the information you find on the Internet is not accurate, so then your time was spent in vein.  An agent will do all of the work & research, especially when there’s a level of loyalty between you & the agent. Plus, wouldn’t it be nice to only spend your time looking at homes that are available?

WHY? You hire an agent for free. Did you know that it costs you absolutely nothing to hire an agent? That’s right! That’s the best part. Not a cent & if it does, you’re working with the wrong agent. How is it free, you ask? Well, it’s simple. The seller almost always pays the agent & in circumstances where it’s not clear, it’s negotiated by the agent.

WHY NOT? Now you’re ready & on your mark…the only way to go….is to get set….with an agent. Please make sure to interview a few  agents before you decide on one.
