Searching for homes that match your criteria is the start. Using the multiple listing service (MLS) with an agent means you see up to date data on homes that are still for sale. The process is handled online. Homes are filtered with rough parameters, then narrowed by the client. A must see list is assembled, and appointments made to schedule the home showings. Evenings and weekends are popular times to see homes. We like to group showings together so you can compare homes back to back.
