The season started July 21st & ends September 8th.
Lots of events occur while the track is open other than horse racing. Here’s a calendar of events.
In fact, this weekend there are multiple events happening at the Del Mar Race Track like a Reggae & Beer Fest from 12-5pm. Taste 5 samplings for $15. Plus, stick around after the races for a Reggae show by Jimmy Cliff & MATISYAHU. Concert is free with purchase of $6 track admission. But get there before 6pm, otherwise concert is $20.
For those techies out there, you can also check out the Cool as Ever Tech event happening tomorrow 8/14 from 12-6pm. This event is free but you must sign up for this event in advance. Chances are it will sell out if you don’t sign up now! This event brings together Southern California’s web/tech elite for an unparalleled event hosted at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club.
