Eric Farrar has joined forces with 1850 Realty. A true San Diego native, he has lived in Pacific Beach, Rancho Bernardo, Cardiff, Escondido and San Marcos. He brings 51,000 hours of troubleshooting and problem solving from his prior career in the automotive industry. Eric believes in customer service: he helped his prior employer earn sixteen consecutive years of 100% consumer satisfaction, surveyed by AAA. His attending to back end services and facilities means 1850 Realty runs at it’s peak day in, and day out. He is also passionate about disaster planning, primarily continuity of service aspects for the home and business. Being a volunteer in the San Diego Sheriff’s Search and Rescue Detail, he is able to give back to the community while following that passion. Eric is also a member of California Regional MLS Rules Committee for 2021, served on REALTOR Professional Standards from 2015-2019 for North San Diego County REALTORS.
