Photos and Videos

Online marketing is a key way to draw interested buyers to view your property. Photos are a mainstay in advertising your property online and the MLS. Using a professional real estate photographer maximizes your homes appeal and features. They also shoot multiple “layers” to get window images to pop without overexposing the inside of the home. See examples below:

This kitchen was shot with a 18 megapixel DSLR. The focus and interior exposure are decent, but that leaves the windows blown out, or overexposed.

This kitchen was shot by Jon Upson, our real estate photographer. Notice the window scene is perfectly exposed with the rest of the interior. A big difference! One that can induce far more showings than with substandard photos.

With video, you can choose to incorporate a standard showing of the home, or use actors to portray a lifestyle shoot. We have done both, and here they are:
